Scheduled technical works, test of the bank’s system and additional backup channels continues

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group continues to conduct scheduled maintenance of bank systems, which started on the 21st of March.

At present, there may be short interruptions in some bank systems: internet-banking platforms UKRSIB online and UKRSIB business, website, cards, ATMs and POS-terminals of UKRSIBBANK, and also partial unavailability of services on the information line of the bank. Also, temporary delays in processing certain transactions may occur during the maintenance period.

The bank team apologizes for the inconvenience.

Conducting maintenance of bank's systems and testing possibility of switching to additional backup channels, the bank works out various possible scenarios of events in Ukraine and measures to counter them. In case of unforeseen situations, the bank will be able to restore all service systems in short term, bank services will be available to clients, and all personal data will be secured.
