We will revise our Privacy Policy.
The revised Privacy Policy will take effect on March 2, 2026.
1. Clarification of the Purposes of Use of Customer Information
In accordance with the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail, we will clarify the purposes for which customer information is used, as well as the methods of communication, in more specific terms.
2. Addition of “(5) Provision to outsourcing companies”
Due to the use of cloud service providers and similar services, subcontractors may in some cases be located outside Japan. We will therefore add provisions to clarify our compliance with legal requirements relating to overseas subcontracting (including the obligation to identify the external environment) and to specify our management framework.
