Honigman recently represented Kelso Industries, a provider of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building services, in connection with its acquisition of Gaddy Electric & Plumbing Company, a Demopolis, Alabama-based provider of electrical and plumbing services.
Founded nearly 70 years ago, Gaddy Electric & Plumbing Company is a multi-generational family business.
A Honigman deal team led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Alexander Whang, and Michael Rhoad with support from Associates Lea Glenn and Kelly Lewis advised Kelso on the transaction.
