State Route 29 -St. Helena Tunnel of Elms in Napa County Motorists to expect delays due to tree maintenance Resumes at 8:00 A.M. Friday November 14

Napa County - Planned tree maintenance did not occur on Thursday November 13 due to inclement weather.

Weather permitting, six days of tree maintenance work are scheduled daily, resuming at 8:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M., from Friday, November 14, 2025, through Friday, November 21, 2025, within the Tunnel of Elms between Deer Park Road and Pratt Ave.

For workers and public safety, crews will have one-way traffic control in place during the maintenance hours on State Route 29. During one-way traffic controls, crews will hold vehicle traffic to one direction at a time.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and exercise caution while driving in this area. All work is weather dependent.
