MP NEET PG 2026 Round 1 Registration: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has announced the tentative schedule of MP State Combined NEET PG Counselling 2026 (MD/MS/Post MBBS DNB/PG Diploma Courses). Profile creation and registration of qualified NEET PG 2026 candidates is now available. Those aspirants who are interested in getting admission in postgraduate medical courses in government and private medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh can apply online through the official portal of MP Online DME at dme.mponline.gov.in . The registration and profile editing window ends on October 20, 2026 (12:00 Midnight). The state merit list of registered candidates will be released by DME MP on 21 October 2026.

The registration fee for MP NEET PG 2026 Round 1 is ₹1,100 for all candidates. Candidates can pay the fee online using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI during registration on the candidate portal for profile creation. All qualifying NEET PG passed candidates should keep in mind that before the portal terminates on October 20 (Midnight 12.00), they must complete editing of profile, uploading of documents, and pay the fees. The state body will analyse registered candidate profiles and issue the official State Merit List plus the 1st round seat matrix on October 21. To participate in the forthcoming choice filling and locking, candidates must be registered in this state merit list. Candidates can submit and lock their college preferences from October 24 to 27, 2026.
