Mukhopadhyay Authors Textbook on Applied Hydrology

Published by Cambridge University Press, the book has been recognized for its authoritative yet user-friendly style. Jerry Cotter, former chief of the water resources branch of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Fort Worth District, described the book as "one of the most thorough and in-depth coverages of a wide range of hydrologic methods and topics" and "an excellent how-to for hydrologists across the U.S. and many other countries."

Dr. Mukhopadhyay, who is based in Houston, Texas, holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Calcutta, a Master of Engineering degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a doctorate in geosciences from the University of Texas at Dallas. With over 35 years of experience, he supports the firm's rapidly growing Texas operations as a geotechnical, dams, and hydraulics manager, continuing to contribute his extensive expertise to the field of water resources engineering.
