Roll Call Analysis Finds Congressman Deluzio Had Perfect Voting Attendance in 2025

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Capitol Hill newspaper Roll Call analyzed the 2025 voting and attendance records of every single member of Congress and found that Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) had a perfect attendance across the year. Only twenty-three members of the U.S. House placed a vote on all of the 361 non-quorum roll call votes called during the year-nine Democrats (including fellow Western Pennsylvania U.S. Rep. Summer Lee) and thirteen Republicans.

"Serving in Congress is a great honor, and I take seriously the responsibility of representing all of us in Western PA," said Congressman Deluzio. "I'm proud that I had a 100% voting record in 2025."

According to the most recent survey of floor votes, the participation rate of lawmakers casting votes across both chambers was 96.8% in 2025.
