Women's Soccer Unveils 2025 Schedule

NJIT women's soccer head coach Ally Nick has announced the team's 2025 schedule, which features 18 regular season matches, including ten contests at Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium.

"Last season didn't go the way we wanted, but that chapter is closed," Nick said. "With new opponents on the schedule and a fresh mindset, we're coming back hungry, focused, and ready to prove exactly who we are."

The Highlanders will open their season on Aug. 14, facing Rutgers for the second consecutive year. Rutgers competed in the NCAA Tournament last season.

The 2025 home opener is slated for Aug. 22 against first-time opponent UMass at 5 p.m. The Highlanders then travel to Marist on Aug. 24.

NJIT will close out August with a home game against Lehigh on Aug. 27, followed by a road match against Rider on Aug. 31.

The Highlanders will begin September with four straight home games, hosting Wagner (Sept. 4), Seton Hall (Sept. 7), Lafayette (Sept. 11), and North Texas (Sept. 13). Senior Day will be held on Sept. 13 against North Texas.

The Red and Blue will play in its America East Conference opener at UMass Lowell on Sept. 21.

NJIT will host back-to-back conference matches against UAlbany (Sept. 28) and Binghamton (Oct. 2).

Nick and her team hits the road for three straight games against New Hampshire (Oct. 5), Penn (Oct. 8), and Vermont (Oct. 16).

The Highlanders will host their final two home games of the season against Bryant (Oct. 19) and defending America East champion Maine (Oct. 25). NJIT will host Alumnae Day on Oct. 19.

NJIT will conclude the regular season at UMBC on Oct. 30.

The America East Tournament quarterfinal round will take place on Nov. 2 with the semifinal set for Nov. 6 and the championship for Nov. 9.

Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium will open for spectators 60 minutes prior to game time.
