FPSC Commission Conference Set for August 4, 2026
The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in Tallahassee.

Following the Commission Conference, the FPSC will hold a hearing to consider Tampa Electric Company's (TECO) request to approve a Settlement Agreement that proposes to resolve all issues associated with open dockets on its Bayside Power Station. TECO filed the request on June 16, 2026.
The Commission Conference and hearing will be streamed live via "Watch Live and Archived PSC Events" on the FPSC homepage. Coverage may also be provided by the Florida Channel (check local listings).
