Tutela Packaging Group, the technical packaging holding company backed by ArchStar Capital, and current parent of Packaging Strategies, Inc. (PSI) and Deployable Systems, LLC - is pleased to announce the acquisition of Custom Case Group, including:
● EPS (Engineered Packaging Solutions) - San Dimas, CA
● SCS Cases - Chicago, IL

This acquisition is a natural next step in our strategy to build the premier technical packaging platform in North America. EPS and SCS bring outstanding engineering talent, manufacturing capabilities, and long-standing customer relationships that complement our existing product and service offerings.
