Lane Reductions at BOI for Overnight and Morning Work Begin Sept. 15

Beginning Monday, Sept. 15, the entrance to the Boise Airport along Airport Way will be reduced to a single lane between 12:30-9 a.m. daily. During these hours, travelers with departing flights and those picking up passengers may experience delays. The Boise Airport recommends allowing extra time for both departing flights and passenger pick-ups during this period.

Airport Way will be fully open from 9 a.m. to midnight each day, and no construction-related delays are expected during those hours. The project is expected to last about four weeks.

Airport Way is a one-way street, and delays aren't expected for people exiting the airport.

The project will replace the storm drainpipe and storm drain lining beneath Airport Way to improve water drainage.
