Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin Attends Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) Penang State Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Committee Seminar Event

On January 4, Chinese Consul General in Penang H. E. Mr. Zhou Youbin attended the "Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)" Seminar organized by Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) Penang State Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Committee. More than 300 people attended the event, including Vice President of MCA also serves as Vice President of BRI Committee, Datuk Tan Teik Cheng, and Deputy President of MCA, Dato' Dr. Mah Hang Soon.
