The nominees for the 47th annual Sports Emmy® Awards were announced today, and Paramount is proud to celebrate 33 nominations across CBS Sports, Paramount Sports Entertainment, Nickelodeon, and Paramount+.
CBS Sports earned 21 nominations across several categories including Outstanding Live Sports Special: Championship Event for The Masters, Outstanding Technical Team: Sports Event for The Masters, Outstanding Sports Playoff Coverage for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, Outstanding Sports Studio Show: Weekly for The NFL Today, and Outstanding Sports Studio Show: Limited Run for The Road to the Final Four. Additionally, CBS Sports received eight nominations for Outstanding Sports Personality.
Paramount Sports Entertainment earned 10 nominations, the most in its nascent history, including Outstanding Sports Documentary Series for America's Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys, Outstanding Sports Documentary Series: Serialized for WWE: Unreal, three nominations for Outstanding Sports Editing: Long Form for America's Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys, Saqon, and WWE: Unreal and two nominations for Outstanding Sports Camera Work: Long Form for America's Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys and Raise the Flags: 50 Years of Buccaneers Football.
Nickelodeon received two nominations for NFL Slimetime in the categories of: Outstanding Sports Graphic Design: Specialty and Outstanding Studio of Production Design / Art Direction: Sports.
