City of St. Louis Extends Code Blue Level 4 through Friday Morning

The City of St. Louis Department of Human Services has extended the Code Blue level 4 activation level through Friday morning, meaning 600+ emergency shelter beds, in addition to the baseline of 400, are available in the city day and night, and transportation to shelter will continue.

More than 600 emergency shelter beds have been available every day since Friday, Jan. 23, and capacity has not been exceeded during the level 4 activation.

Walk-up shelter remains available at these locations.

Those seeking transportation to shelters can get picked up between 5 and 7 p.m. at these rally point locations.

If alternative transportation is required, contact the United Way 211 Helpline by dialing 211.
