Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:39 p.m., Troopers arrested Louis J. Grassa, age 75, of 14 Gesmondi Drive, Johnston, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation involving a wrong-way driver on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital by Providence Fire Department for treatment, where he was later released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
