You're Invited! Fleet Week Houston Opening Ceremony
April 13, 2026 -- Mayor John Whitmire and the planning committee invite everyone to attend the Fleet Week Houston Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, April 15 in front of Houston City Hall.
Starting at 4 p.m., the ceremony will provide a rousing, warm welcome to more than 1,000 visiting servicemembers and military command.

During Fleet Week Houston, which runs April 15 -22, the public will get the chance to tour USS Kearsarge (LHD-3), USS Minneapolis-St. Paul (LCS-21), USS St. Louis (LCS-19), and USCGC Edgar Culbertson (WPC-1137) docked along the Houston Ship Channel.
