Tallahassee State College Named One of the 2025 Great Colleges to Work For®

Tallahassee State College (TSC) has been recognized as one of the best colleges in the nation to work for, according to the 2025 Great Colleges to Work For® program. The College earned distinction in two key categories: Professional Development and Supervisor/Department Chair Effectiveness.

The results are based on a two-part assessment: an institution questionnaire on policies and practices, and a confidential survey distributed to faculty, administrators, and staff. Recognition is primarily determined by employee feedback gathered through the survey. In 2025, 199 colleges and universities participated, and 76 institutions earned recognition for their best practices and workplace policies.
