Cobepa sells its stake in All Crump
All Crump has been sold to Spanish multinational Natra SA.
On 15 October 2007, All Crump (Oostmalle, Belgium), the second largest producer of chocolate and hazelnut spreads in the European private label industry, has been sold by Cobepa and All Crump's management to Spanish multinational Natra SA. Natra is a listed Valencia-based producer of chocolate and cacao products, with sales of more than EUR 300 million in 2006.
