The Special Meeting of Shareholders of Janus Henderson Global Technology and Innovation Fund and Janus Henderson Research Fund will reconvene on February 18, 2025. This letter was sent to you because you held shares on the record date and as we go to print, we have not received your vote.

All shareholders of each Fund are being asked to approve reclassifying the diversification status of their Fund from diversified to nondiversified and eliminating a related fundamental investment restriction and shareholders of Janus Henderson Global Technology and Innovation Fund also are being asked to modify their Fund's fundamental concentration policy.

Your vote is needed now, no matter how you vote.

The Board of Trustees of the Funds believes that the proposals are in the best interest of each Fund and has recommended that shareholders vote "FOR" the proposals.
