Recognition Reflects Employee Trust, Engagement & Commitment to Serving Seniors Through the PACE Model
Denver, June 12, 2026 - InnovAge Holding Corp.("InnovAge" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: INNV), a leading Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, announces it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the seventh time. The prestigious recognition is based entirely on feedback from InnovAge employees and reflects the organization's ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace culture rooted in purpose, trust and service.
"At InnovAge, our mission begins with our people," said Patrick Blair, Chief Executive Officer of InnovAge. "Every day, our employees help older adults live independently and with dignity in their homes and communities. This recognition reflects the compassion, dedication and commitment our teams bring to that mission and reinforces our belief that when employees thrive, participants thrive. As we continue to strengthen our organization and invest in growth, we remain focused on creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to make a difference."
For more than three decades, InnovAge has assisted more than 8,000 seniors across six states to live independently through its comprehensive PACE model, which integrates medical care, social services and personalized support to help participants remain in their homes and communities for as long as possible. As the largest provider of PACE based on participants served, InnovAge is dedicated to expanding this successful program to serve as many seniors as possible within its service areas. Across its centers and communities in Colorado, California, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Virginia, employees play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with participants and their families.
Great Places to Work's certification process surveyed employees across InnovAge's locations nationwide and evaluated key aspects of the employee experience, including pride in the organization's impact, trust in leadership and the meaningfulness of employees' work.
