Tia Walton-Streeter, Lightship’s Director of Quality, Named to ASQ’s 40 Under 40 List

Lightship is proud to announce that Tia Walton-Streeter, Director of Quality, has been named to the American Society for Quality (ASQ) 40 Under 40 list for 2026. Featured in the November issue of Quality Progress, ASQ's annual recognition celebrates emerging quality professionals making meaningful contributions to their organizations, industries, and communities.

A board-certified medical laboratory scientist specializing in microbiology, serology, and infectious disease, Tia brings extensive experience in clinical research and Quality Assurance to her role. At Lightship, she leverages this expertise to advance our quality framework, strengthen regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients and study partners.

Her accomplishments include developing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system across five clinical research sites and leading a successful ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation. Through her leadership, Tia continues to advance quality practices that support operational excellence and help protect the patients who place their trust in clinical research.
