“Josour” Initiative Forum in Bahrain

On 14 January, and on the sidelines of the Conference on Social Responsibility of the Private Sector and its role in Sustainable Development held in Bahrain, ESCWA organized a Forum on the "Josour" Initiative, in collaboration with the Bridging Incubator for Digital Community Entrepreneurship, which is part of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility.

During the Forum, participants were introduced to the "Josour" Initiative, how to join it, and the benefits it offers. They also explored opportunities to strengthen partnerships to achieve the initiative's objectives.

ESCWA launched the "Josour" Initiative in May 2022 to reinforce its commitment to creating opportunities for young men and women and to strengthen their employability prospects by developing their skills and offering them the opportunity to acquire new ones amid the changing future of work requirements.
