Virtually every medical employer is subject to the Healthcare Minimum Wage Increase. You must post the $23/hour minimum wage poster, which went into effect October 16, 2024, alongside your State/Federal poster and IWC Wage Orders. This includes hospitals, clinics, physicians groups, and more. (This does not include dental offices unless they are part of an integrated health care system.)
