.

Esmail Baqaei, the spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, strongly censured the brutal attacks by the Zionist regime against the shelters and tents of Palestinian refugees in Jabalia and Khan Yunis, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of dozens of innocent Palestinians, including several infants.

Baqaei described the widespread and unprecedented violations of human rights and humanitarian law in occupied Palestine by the Zionist regime as a "blatant violation of the fundamental principles and rules of international law."

He reminded the legal and moral obligations of every state, and consequently the United Nations, to prevent genocide and ensure compliance with humanitarian law, emphasizing the need for expediting the pursuit of open cases before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Zionist regime and its officials for committing war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity.

The spokesperson, while expressing solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, called for effective action from the international community and regional countries to immediately stop the criminal attacks of the Zionist regime, urgently send food and medicine to the Gaza Strip, hold accountable and punish the criminal officials of the regime, the complete withdrawal of the occupiers from the Gaza Strip, and find solutions to confront the malice of the Zionist regime against the countries of the region, including Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.
