Municipal Court closed on July 22, 2026

City of Norman Municipal Court - located at 321 N. Webster Avenue - will be closed on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, due to a scheduled digital maintenance update.
Please note that online payments will not be available after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and will not be accessible during the maintenance period.
Online payment services will resume once maintenance is complete. Individuals scheduled for court appearances or with court payments due this week have been notified directly about the closure through contact software available to Municipal Court staff.
