2026 State of Research to include Q&A session with UNM leaders

Don't forget to register for the 5th annual State of Research at The University of New Mexico, set to take place in SUB Ballrooms A&B on Thursday, March 26 at 4 p.m. The Office of the Vice President for Research invites you to immerse yourself in the groundbreaking research and innovative discoveries being pursued by our Lobo faculty, staff, and students.

This year's event will follow a Q&A townhall format with the opportunity for researchers across campus to attend and engage with:

  • Interim EVP for Academic Affairs & Provost Barbara Rodriguez
  • Vice President for Research Ellen Fisher
  • EVP for Health Sciences Mike Richards
  • HSC Vice President for Research Hengameh Raissy

Join us as we celebrate the relentless pursuit of excellence and the transformative power of research at UNM, where curiosity meets ambition to shape a brighter future.

Don't miss your chance to submit a question, for the panel, in advance through the provided form. Registration is required. For those Lobos who cannot attend this year's State of Research in person, a Zoom webinar will be available.
