CU offices closed on Fridays through July 10

Anyone planning to enroll or conduct business at Cameron University during the next few weeks are advised that the campus will be closed for the next four consecutive Fridays.

Cameron will follow the lead of municipal and county offices in the area and will be closed June 19 as part of the federally recognized Juneteenth holiday. Since Independence Day this year falls on a weekend, campus will be closed July 3. Cameron administration is also closing campus on June 26 and July 10. All campus operations, both administrative and academic, will be closed.

This action affects only Friday operations. The university will maintain normal office hours, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, during the next four weeks.

All campus offices will return to normal five-day per week operation starting July 13.
