In order to accommodate the construction of the new Construction Management Building, Manitou Ave. between Beacon. St. and Belmont Dr. will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, Feb. 16. The road will remain closed through the duration of the project, which is expected to last 18 months.

During the closure, the east sidewalk of Manitou Ave. will remain open, as will the sidewalks that cross Manitou at Beacon and Belmont. Adequate signage, fencing and detours will be in place.

South Commuter parking permit holders will be impacted by this project as a number of spaces in this zone will be offline. The next nearest South Commuter parking can be found on the east side of Euclid Ave. in the two large dirt lots.
