Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce that Erica Reimann has joined the bank as Small Business Banker, serving businesses throughout Cheboygan and Presque Isle counties.
In her new role, Reimann will work closely with local business owners and entrepreneurs to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and connect them with financial solutions designed to help their businesses grow and thrive. As a small business banker, she will focus on developing long-term relationships and providing personalized support backed by local decision-making and a deep commitment to Northern Michigan communities.
A lifelong Northern Michigan resident, Reimann grew up in both Cheboygan and St. Ignace, and is proud to call the region home. She is a graduate of LaSalle High School and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and an Associate of Science in Small Business Administration from Lake Superior State University.
Reimann brings a unique combination of hospitality and banking experience to her role, providing a customer-focused approach rooted in relationship building and service excellence. Beginning her professional career in the hospitality industry, she developed a passion for creating positive customer experiences and meaningful connections. She later transitioned into banking, where she has continued to build trusted relationships and help customers identify solutions that support their financial goals. Known for her outgoing personality and commitment to personalized service, Reimann is well positioned to support businesses throughout Cheboygan and Presque Isle counties and serve as a trusted financial partner in the communities she serves.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Reimann serves as an Ambassador for the Mackinaw City Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community engagement and economic development throughout Northern Michigan.
As someone who grew up in Northern Michigan, Reimann understands the important role local businesses play in vibrant communities. Outside of work, Reimann enjoys many of the activities that make Northern Michigan a special place to live, including hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, gardening, boating, and snowmobiling.
Reimann will work from several CNB branch locations throughout the region, with her home office based at CNB's Cheboygan South branch. She welcomes customers, business owners, and community members to stop in and connect with her.
