Acura at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway

• IMSA returned to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course in 2023 for the first TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks, a then two-hour and 40-minute race.
• Last year, the race length was increased to a full six-hour Endurance endeavor.
• The pair of Acura ARX-06 GTP machines from Acura Meyer Shank Racing with Curb Agajanian are looking for the manufacturer's first podium finish on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course.
• Tom Blomqvist and Colin Braun partnered in 2023 to notch a sixth-place finish at the TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks for Acura MSR.
• The pair already have a win in a six-hour enduro this year, taking the #60 ARX-06 to victory at the Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen in June. Blomqvist and Braun will be looking to add to that tally in another six-hour event this weekend.
• Piloting the #93 Acura ARX-06 will be Nick Yelloly, Renger van der Zande and Honda Racing Corporation development driver Kaku Ohta.
• Yelloly is a two-time podium finisher at Indianapolis, finishing third in 2023 and second in 2024.
• The #93 team also has a win under their belts this year, taking the victory at the Detroit Grand Prix in June.
• The #93 GTP represents an increased presence from Honda Racing Corporation USA (HRC US) within the organization as the HRC US team strategizes and engineers the racecar for the very first time in IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship competition.
• The strong results from both the #60 and the #93 cars has Acura sitting second in the manufacturers' championship, only 45 points behind the leaders.
