Acquisition of the Stonehill project asset development rights by Stonehill Energy Storage Ltd: notice of final order and variation

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has made a Final Order under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 in respect of acquisition of 100% asset development rights in the Stonehill project from Stonehill Battery Storage Ltd by Stonehill Energy Storage Ltd.

On 16 July 2026, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster made the decision to vary the final order.
