H.R. 3838, FY26 National Defense Authorization Act makes 15 of President Trump's executive orders law while also authorizing a nearly 4% pay raise for all service members and funding Golden Dome, F-47 fighter aircraft, submarines, warships and autonomous vehicles. It also authorizes funds to accomplish the administration's goal of revitalizing America's defense industrial base, expanding defense manufacturing jobs in America and restoring our defense supply chains on American soil.
