Duke Street Land Use Plan Draft Plan Feedback Period

Thank you for joining us last week at Patrick Henry Recreation Center to celebrate the release of the full Draft Duke Street Land Use Plan. If you missed the Plan Release meeting on September 29th, all meeting materials are posted on our webpage, including the recording, the presentation, and the Q&A.
The Draft Plan is live! You can download it on our webpage (alexandriava.gov/DukeStreetPlan). There are lots of ways to provide feedback:
- View the Plan and provide feedback on the Engagement Hub (alexandriava.mysocialpinpoint.com/draft-plan).
- Email or call Christian Brandt at [email protected] or 703-746-3859
- Come to one of our Virtual Office Hours:
- Request a presentation and Q&A from staff for your community organization, condo/homeowners association, or civic association (email Christian Brandt, [email protected]).
Public Comment is encouraged and will be open through November 13. Feedback will continue be accepted after November 13th, (up to and including at the December Public Hearings), but feedback received after Nov 13 will not be able to be incorporated into the docket materials and Draft Plan posted for the Public Hearings.
