AWR-329: Leveraging Tools for Coordinated Disaster Communications
Date: June 13, 2025. Time: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. ET. Location: Monroe County EOC (Bloomington).
Description:
This four-hour awareness-level training course will provide community and volunteer groups, state and local government agencies, other stakeholder groups and concerned citizens with relevant information and practical exercises that will improve their knowledge and skills to better serve the communication needs of their communities. The course is designed to help participants to better understand the importance of communicating with different groups at different times, and to evaluate the various tools available to affect communications.
