  1. Where to Find Them
  • Legacy MSS: Located under the Applications tab on the sign-on page (where it currently exists).
  • New MSS: Will appear under My Apps once the user has requested access through the App Store.
  1. Access for Providers
  • At this time, providers will not be able to request access to the new MSS.

Salesforce Maintenance Today

Attention: Salesforce Users

Please be aware that there will be a scheduled maintenance window for all Salesforce applications today, January 20, 2026, at 4 PM. The maintenance is expected to last for approximately two hours. During this time, all Salesforce applications will be unavailable.

To ensure that you don't lose any of your work, please make sure to exit the applications before 4 PM and save all your work. This will help us avoid any potential data loss and ensure a smooth maintenance process.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any issues after the update, please submit a ticket to [email protected] with a screenshot of the issue and a description of what the issue is.

Office of Compliance Updates

Attention: All Stakeholders

DODD's Office of Compliance restructured to better serve the field.

Effective immediately, to streamline communications and simplify the process for counties seeking assistance, the Office of Compliance will no longer use the county board superintendent regions or distinguish between Accreditation/Compliance Review Managers. Each county will now have one assigned manager in the Office of Compliance.

Visit the DODD Website for more information about the restructuring and other updates.

Reminder: OhioISP Outcome/Generated Document Issue Identified

Attention: County Boards, Intermediate Care Facilities, Councils of Government, Salesforce Users, Waiver Providers, Vendor Users Downloading OhioISP Documents from Salesforce

DODD is aware of the following issues:

  • OhioISPs that moved/will move to 'Active' status during December through current day, are only displaying one outcome in the auto-generated documents.

Temporary Guidance:

  • Service and Support Administrators (SSAs) and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs) will need to copy outcome information into a Word document and share it with team members via email until the issue is resolved in the online system.
  • This can be the Word version of the generated OhioISP document or a separate Word document that includes all of the outcomes information.
