PRSA Announces Sally Hogshead and Gaby Natale as Featured Keynote Speakers for ICON 2026

NEW YORK (May 27, 2026) - PRSA announced today that bestselling author and branding expert Sally Hogshead and three-time Daytime Emmy Award-winning journalist and entrepreneur Gaby Natale will join the keynote lineup for ICON 2026, PRSA's premier annual conference for public relations and communications professionals.

The two internationally recognized speakers will join Savannah Bananas Head Coach Tyler Gillum, previously announced as the first keynote speaker for the conference, helping round out a dynamic and forward-looking keynote lineup designed to inspire communicators navigating a rapidly evolving industry. ICON 2026 takes place on Oct. 18-20 in Orlando, Fla.

Sally Hogshead will take the stage on Monday, Oct. 19, with her keynote presentation, "The Fascination Factor: Authentically Communicate Who You Are at Your Best."

A New York Times bestselling author and expert on the science of fascination, Hogshead is widely recognized for her work helping leaders and brands better understand how they are perceived and how to communicate with greater authenticity and influence. She has twice been named the world's No. 1 Global Brand Guru and frequently appears on NBC's TODAY show. The media has described her as a "superstar" and a "force of nature" who "changed the face of North American advertising."

On Tuesday, Oct. 20, Gaby Natale will deliver her keynote presentation, "PIONEER: Embrace Your Uniqueness, Break Barriers and Redefine What is Possible."

Natale is a three-time Daytime Emmy Award-winning journalist, entrepreneur, best-selling author and breast cancer survivor. She made history as the first Latina to win three Daytime Emmy Awards and is widely known for empowering audiences through conversations around resilience, reinvention and overcoming barriers to success.

"Communicators today are being asked to lead through constant change, rising expectations and increasing complexity," said PRSA Chair Heide Harrell, MA, APR. "Sally Hogshead and Gaby Natale each bring powerful perspectives on authenticity, leadership, influence and resilience that align directly with the conversations shaping our profession right now. Alongside Tyler Gillum's message around culture and community-building, this keynote lineup reflects the bold thinking and inspiration we want attendees to experience at ICON 2026."

Previously announced keynote speaker Tyler Gillum, head coach of the Savannah Bananas, has become nationally recognized for helping lead the rise of Banana Ball - a fan-first entertainment experience that has transformed traditional baseball into a cultural phenomenon. Known for encouraging others to "bet on yourself," Gillum brings a message centered on leadership, belief and building meaningful experiences.

ICON 2026 will bring together communications professionals, executives, agency leaders, educators and students from across the world for multiple days of learning, networking and industry conversations focused on the future of public relations and communications.

Additional speakers and programming details for ICON 2026 will be announced in the coming weeks.
