Baltimore Business Journal Recognizes Point Breeze CEO with Executive Leadership Award

The Baltimore Business Journal recently honored Point Breeze Credit Union President and CEO Tonia Niedzialkowski as a first-ever recipient of their Executive Leadership Awards.

The inaugural awards honor "local business leaders who are making an impact on their organizations and the wider Greater Baltimore community."

Niedzialkowski joined Point Breeze in 1994 and has served as President and CEO since February 2022. Today, Point Breeze serves more than 67,000 members with assets around $960 million. Since 2021, the credit union has achieved a 70% increase in commercial lending, earning recognition for the fastest-growing portfolio among local credit unions. Niedzialkowski also guided expansion into Westminster and Owings Mills and oversaw a major headquarters renovation that doubled the size of the Hunt Valley facility.

Beyond Point Breeze, Niedzialkowski contributes to the broader business community as Vice Chair of the Hunt Valley Business Forum and an advocate for credit unions through the MD|DC Credit Union Association. Her efforts advance not only Point Breeze's mission but also the financial well-being of the region.
