MUSEP Returns June 14 with Free Summer Concerts

Creative Greensboro's Music for a Sunday Evening in the Park (MUSEP) Concert Series will return for its 47th season on Sunday, June 14, with concerts in various park locations throughout Greensboro. The full schedule can be found at www.creativegreensboro.com.

Concert-goers will see and hear from two City ensembles, as well as one group making its MUSEP debut this summer, The SongBird Raven and The Nest. MUSEP concerts are free to the public, although donations are collected to help sustain the series. In addition to concessions that will be available for purchase from food vendors, guests are welcome to bring a picnic, blanket, and lawn chairs.

In the event of adverse weather, concerts will be moved to the Van Dyke Performance Space in the Greensboro Cultural Center, 200 N. Davie St. Relocation notices will be posted on www.CreativeGreensboro.com, Facebook, and Instagram.

    The SongBird Raven and The Nest (R&B, soul)
  • August 9, Hester Park, 3615 Deutzia St.

    West End Mambo (salsa)

  • August 23, Country Park Shelter #4, 3802 Jaycee Park Dr. Africa Unplugged (world beat), sponsored by UNCG College of Visual & Performing Arts & the UNCG School of Music

The 2026 MUSEP series is presented by Creative Greensboro and sponsored by UNCG College of Visual and Performing Arts, UNCG School of Music, HealthTeam Advantage, Fox8, and Greensboro's Parks and Recreation Department.
