Keith Hamrick Named October Colleague of the Month at Lincoln Memorial Hospital

Keith Hamrick, an entrance attendant at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, has been named October Colleague of the Month.

Hamrick, who joined the hospital in August 2024, assists people at the hospital entrance and helps create a welcoming first impression.

His nominator said Hamrick often anticipates what patients, families and colleagues need and steps in without hesitation. His initiative and positive approach help visitors feel supported from the moment they come through the doors.

"He consistently demonstrates kindness, professionalism and a strong commitment to safety," wrote the nominator. "Patients, visitors and staff can trust he will treat them with dignity and provide consistent support."

The Colleague of the Month award recognizes Memorial Health team members who exemplify the organization's vision, mission and values through exceptional service, compassion and commitment to patients, families and colleagues.
