As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench:-<_o3a_p>

(a) The entire Shareholding of 56,48,300 Equity Shares held by erstwhile Promoters of the Company shall stand cancelled and extinguished;

(b) The Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares held by Public Shareholders aggregating 33,51,800 Equity Shares shall be extinguished and in lieu thereof, Public shareholders shall be allotted 5% Equity Shares of the Total New Equity Shares to be issued i.e. 4,50,000 Equity Shares shall be allotted to Public Shareholders on proportionate basis;

(c) The Total New Equity Share capital of the Company post Reduction of Capital shall be Rs.90,00,0000/- divided into 90,00,000 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each;
