The Office of the Independent Policing Auditor ("Auditor") has publicly released the Auditor's report on the independent investigation of the in-custody death of Allan F. Tucker II. The report may be accessed on the Auditor's website.
The Independent Community Policing Review Board (ICPRB) will hold a public hearing and review of the Auditor's investigation on Monday, June 29, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Del Pepper Community Resource Center City Council Chamber. Members of the public may attend in-person or virtually.
The purpose of the hearing is for the Board to receive the Auditor's presentation, hear public comment, and engage in public discussion regarding the investigation and findings. The Board independently assesses the Auditor's investigation for fairness, objectivity, and thoroughness.

Each speaker participating in public comment will be provided with three (3) minutes to address the Board.
