Gardner Appointed to Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Board of Directors

Taft partner Will Gardner has been appointed to the board of directors of Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to creating a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable Indianapolis through community engagement and environmental stewardship.

Gardner is co-chair of Taft's Environmental practice group. He works with large multinational companies, small and midsize businesses, and public sector clients on environmental compliance and permitting matters. He defends clients involved in environmental enforcement actions, government investigations, and third-party lawsuits related to compliance with environmental laws. Gardner also routinely works with buyers, sellers, and lenders on M&A and real estate deals and assists those clients in structuring transactions to minimize and allocate environmental liabilities and risks.
