Norton Rose Fulbright advises e2p on sale of Furlani Foods

Norton Rose Fulbright advised private equity firm Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p) on the sale of Furlani Foods to Arbor Investments. The transaction was announced on February 9, 2026.

Furlani Foods is a food manufacturer known for its frozen garlic bread and specialty bakery products, with operations in the United States and Canada. Chicago-based e2p, which focuses on the food, beverage and pet industries, invested in Furlani Foods in May 2023.

Norton Rose Fulbright's deal team was led by US Co-Head of Private Equity Adam Arnett and Eric Clamage (Chicago).
