With feedback from employers, IMRF Employer services has developed new Fall Employer Access Workshops. These workshops will feature demonstrations of specific processes that employers were interested in.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions during the presentation, which will only be viewed by IMRF staff leading the discussion.

This session will show you how to balance your invoice to the wage report data collection that was submitted to IMRF. How to filter data collection in excel formatting will also be reviewed, to make it easier to filter by member contributions, employer contributions, and tier. Following this session, you will be able to locate your invoice and balance and troubleshoot for possible discrepancies with your monthly report.

This session will review each stage of the disability process - starting with where to locate the disability checklist, how to submit Employer Disability Certification data collection, how to locate events relating to the requested disability certification, and how to file return to work data collection for full release or even trial duty.
Tuesday, October 14 from 11 AM to Noon
This session will review how to find important documents you may be asked to locate or requested by your auditor. We will show you the various documents located under Document Viewer, including GASB reports, census reports, accelerated payment statements, invoices, attestation reports, and more. We will also demonstrate how to create your employer rate for both the current and upcoming year.
