Congressman Bell Helps Bring Billion-Dollar Navy Fighter Contract to St. Louis

Today, St. Louis-based Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) announced the company's successful bid for the U.S. Navy's next-generation carrier fighter that will replace the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet

In total, the contract is worth billions and is expected to bring new, high-paying jobs for St. Louis-area workers and suppliers

St. Louis, Missouri - Today, Congressman Wesley Bell (D-MO-01) issued the following statement on the St. Louis-based Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) winning the bid for the Navy's next-generation stealth fighter.

The contract is estimated to be worth billions and will bring jobs to the St. Louis region and help spur economic growth.
