Pursuant to C.G.S. § 19a-754j, the Office of Health Strategy (OHS) will hold its annual Informational Public Hearing on the Healthcare Benchmark Results.
The hearing examines healthcare affordability, including the findings from the most recent report prepared pursuant to C.G.S. § 19a-754h, the impact of healthcare costs on consumers, the main drivers of increased healthcare spending, and provider and healthcare payer payment and utilization trends, with particular attention to factors that contribute to spending growth within the state of Connecticut's health care system. The hearing may also address other matters that the undersigned deems relevant.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANT TESTIMONY
OHS has identified entities that must participate by providing oral testimony at the hearing. The identified entities may also provide written submissions prior to and following the hearing, which shall not be in lieu of oral testimony. Any pre-hearing submissions should be submitted electronically to OHS@ct.gov with the subject line: June 23 Benchmark Hearingsor, if such submissions cannot be made electronically, sent by mail to the Office of Health Strategy, 450 Capitol Avenue, 1st Floor, Hartford, CT 06106, Attn: Lisa P. Sementilli, Lead Planning Analyst. Pre-hearing written submissions should be electronically sent or post-marked no later than Monday, June 16, 2025, to ensure their consideration in the hearing. Post-hearing written submissions may be provided no later than Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
Time-permitting, OHS will also accept oral comment from members of the public beginning at approximately 12:15 PM. Those wishing to provide public comment orally during the hearing may sign up to do so by emailing OHS@ct.gov. OHS will also accept written comments from the public. For written comment, the public should follow the same instructions as those identified above under PARTICIPANT TESTIMONY.
All participant testimony and public comment will be recorded and posted on the OHS website.
