Roanoke Shopping Center, located at 101 S. Oak St. in Roanoke's nine-block historic downtown district, was built in 2009 on a prominent corner adjacent to Main Street. The asset is fully leased to Oak and Main Craft Food + Spirits, Inzo Italian Kitchen and Baja Cantina under triple-net leases, with each restaurant offering outdoor patio dining
