Papakōlea Subdivision Sewer Improvements

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS

PAPAKŌLEA SUBDIVISION SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 2

SEWER LINES C, C-2, D, D-1, D-3, D-5 & G

Residents are advised that construction work for sewer improvements for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2025.

The project scope primarily consists of replacing manholes, sewer main lines, and sewer laterals.

Work hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Parking will be temporarily restricted during work hours. Signage will be posted in advance.

Please see attached map for project location. Due to the location of existing sewer lines, the contractor will need to access certain properties. These residents will be contacted directly for permission to access their properties.

Residents are advised to be cautious while proceeding through the area, observe all traffic controls an posted signs, and stay alert for construction personnel and equipment.
