Hā – Breathe │ Ngā Rangatahi Toa

HĀ-it is life, connection, and wairua. This rangatahi co-designed exhibition explores Hā as the unseen force that binds us to whakapapa, our creator, and all living beings.

Rangatahi express their relationship with Hā through mixed media as a source of grounding, energy, and renewal. Manuhiri are invited to experience Hā through their eyes, to feel its presence and embrace its stillness.

Hā reminds us that in the pause, there is beauty, and we often overlook the subtle moments that hold the most meaning.
