Tuesday's annual DiscoverEDU Teacher Job Fair at Thompson Student Union Auditorium provided students opportunities to network with recruiters and participate in interviews with hiring districts.
The Teacher Job Fair is designed to support education students as they transition from college to career, offering direct access to potential employers and insight into current hiring needs across a range of school systems.
Throughout the event, students shared their classroom experiences, discussed certification areas and explored positions in districts both locally and nationwide.
Each year, DiscoverEDU serves as a key recruiting opportunity for school districts while helping to launch the careers of UToledo graduates. With strong participation from students and employers, the event continues to play an important role in connecting well-prepared educators with schools seeking qualified teachers.
